Hire Information
Central Otago Motorcycle Hire offers excellent bikes and equipment including Harley Davidson, BMW, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Honda – both road and adventure bikes are available.
For those arriving in Queenstown, we offer a pick-up service from your hotel or the airport. For a single day hire this has a surcharge, but is a free service for hires of 2 days or longer. Pick-up is also available from Wanaka, Alexandra and Cromwell.
Bookings
Booking a Motorbike or Tour: Complete the details on our “Book Now” tab. We need to know what motorbike, for what dates. We will then endeavor to supply that bike or offer a similar option. Once we are both happy with bikes, dates and any other requirements you may have we will also confirm the total cost and deposit required to confirm the booking. You will then be directed to the payments page.
Dates: Day tours can be arranged any time to suit except during the dates of S3 and S4 tours as resources are unavailable. Please book early to avoid disappointment. For a group of 4 or more riders, we can arrange dates to suit for the longer tours tour except Burt Munro depending on prior bookings and bike availability – please contact us with plenty (> 3 months) of warning.
Payments
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
We accept payment via Credit card (MasterCard, Visa). All online credit card payments are processed through ANZ eGate’s secure payment page.
Do not make any payments until you are advised to. Each hire has differing parameters. We need to ensure your chosen motorbike is available for the dates you require. Costs reduce for longer hires and groups. We will send you a confirmation email advising what payment is required.
A 20% Deposit is required to secure your booking, especially during peak season.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation with at least 2 weeks’ notification, your deposit is fully refundable.
Cancellation up to 3 days before the hire date = 50% refunded
Cancellation within 3 days = No refund
If the weather conditions are not favourable then we will endeavour to reschedule. If this is not possible then 50% is refunded
Security of information
Central Otago Motorcycle Hire takes reasonable steps to preserve the security of cookie and personal information in accordance with the ANZ Website Terms of Use and this Website’s Security and Privacy Statement. All transactions will be made upon the ANZ website and will use their 128 bit SSL encryption.
